<p>I want to change my major, and USC reccomends that you do this before orientation. there is a link that you click in the confirmation email to do this, but it does not work. how should i go about changing my major then?</p>
<p>Call the orientation office and let them know that the link isn’t working and ask if they can direct you on what to do, it may just involve calling admissions or the department you are changing to. Call till you get someone live, we have never had a problem getting through to somebody in those offices.</p>
<p>It is good to do this before orientation or you will get slowed down when it comes to getting your classes during registration the last day of orientation. And by then you want to get out of there as quickly as possible!</p>
<p>Email or call the adviser of the department that you are looking to change to.</p>
