Major Dilema About College Applicatiosn!!!?????

WHAT COLOR PEN SHOULD I FILL OUT THE APPLICACTIONS WITH??? BLUE OR BLACK INK?? (or shoudl i make my own mixture of a dark blue to be unique??) IM RACKING MY BRAIN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO??

PLEASE HELP ME!!!

You should write it in crayon or colored pencil actually.

Yes. Or marker. The kind that bleeds through. Preferably pink or orange. :D

On the off chance that this is NOT a joke, black is standard.

i like blue. it's not informal- but it's still a little different

Depends on what is being done with the application, If the Adcoms need to make copies or are scanning in the information, it is preferable to use black ink becaue blue inks do not always reproduce well.

i'd use black...but i typed my application, i don't like how blue ink looks + i never write in it

This is really funny...it scares me how desperate some CCers get over trivial issues. But this is a joke...isn't it?

OMG why would ijoke about somethign so seroius as where i go to college for the next four years. i rsent the fact that you guys think im kidding, the johns hopkins app is due soon and i havent evne STARTED yet cause im too worried about wt color to write it in. i called the school, but they werent really much help on the matte,r they said it doesnt matter which one but i KNOW it does and if u do a servay of wt every accepted applicant used as thier pen color, i bet they'll all be the same color. i WILL find the trick to this, mabye they want it in white out? then rite in blue over it, giving it a unique feel? god im so lost....

... I gave u serious answer, blue pen is ugly, I wouldn't use it for anything, ever, but that's just me...

Spanks...he's being sarcastic. But it is very interesting to hear about your disdain for blue ink.

Yeah, I hate it...it's just so...blue, lol...I was just answering incase he was serious...I've heard crazier questions before

Yes, white out with blue over it might work. Or you could dye the paper blue (dip it in a blue food coloring solution, then lay the papers out and let them dry) and simply write in the white out.

You could also copy the apps, make the text color white, print them out on black paper, and use neon gel pens.

Oh no!!! What if you get a reader who hates black and white? Maybe beige would work?

Oh no!!! What if you get a reader who hates beige? Definitely do blue.

Oh no!!! What if you get a reader who, like Spanks, hates blue? You ABSOLUTELY have to use black and white.

It depends on the college. Blue for Yale, purple for Williams and Amherst.

I personally did 8 different copies. I did one in black, blue, green, red, yellow, orange, purple, and pink. I thought about doing gold and silver, but I felt it would be overkill.

the brighter the better

idiot idiot tis tis tis, they are all lying to you because they know what it takes to get in, the secret..... write the application in blood

i personally chose to engrave my application in a 2-ton slab of marble...

it doesn't really matter what color you write it in - the trick is to write it all in binary.

hold it up to a mirror and write it

it'll force them to pay attention to you more.
