I have a few questions and concerns regarding Boston University SMG, Baruch College, and Penn State Harrisburg. Any advice would be of great help, thx
1) I need help deciding where to attend, I want to major in economics. BU gave me no financial aid and i have a EFC of 2k. I would have to pay 49k a year. Is it worth going to BU? I heard their economics program is pretty good. If i do extremely well Freshman year, will their increase the financial aid significantly? Also, can i get a good enough job with a degree from BU to pay off the debt if i choose to attend BU? how hard is it to transfer to another school ( is the deflated grade policy true?)

2) I live in NYC, Baruch would be free but the college isn't too appealing for me. Baruch is a commuter school and i want to have a real college experience with a campus and dorm kind of thing. Can I transfer out of Baruch to a good school sophomore year if I do extremely well. can any1 tell me about their economics program?

3) Penn State Harrisburg's tuition is 19k, another 10k for board+ room. I don't know a lot about this school, but I'm considering it because of its 2+2 program, where you get to transfer to University Park after 2 years. Does anyone know anything about the school, are its academics any good, is it a commuter school? Could I transfer sophomore year to University Park or any other schools?

I want to transfer to a better school regardless of where I go (unless i go to BU), which of these schools would be most advantageous to my situation.
