Hi. I hope everyone is relieved that applications are finally submitted and now one can finally enjoy his or her break!

I just wanted to know, would it be considered foolish to major in History since I received a low, but passing AP Score in that subject? I really do love learning about history, but I feel I wasn't adequately prepared for the subject. I hope AdmissionsDaniel can comment on this. :-)

I'm not admissionsDaniel but one AP test is not a make or break event.

It's never foolish to pursue learning about a subject you love.

I agree with pyewacket -- you should not choose to major in something or choose not to major in something because of an AP scores. If you have a passion for a subject that pursue it, it really is that simple. And remember, you do not have to determine your college major right now -- you have a lot of time to explore before needing to decide.

I agree with the statements above. Don't let one test decide your future if you have a passion for the subject.
