Major issue with Chem 14A Scheduling

I'm a sophomore trying to begin my Chem 14 series, and my second pass is right now. I tried to enroll in a class, but for some reason, it's not allowing me. It says there's no waitlist for it either.

The enrollment amounts are as follows:
Lec 1 - #En: 67 & EnCp: 58
Lec 2 - #En: 6 & EnCp: 0
Lec 3 - #En: 61 & EnCp: 59
Lec 4 - #En: 3 & EnCp: 0

All of these lectures, when I go to the Course Info, have an enrollment restriction for entering freshmen. Is that why I can't enroll? Does that mean I'm going to have to wait until September 1st to enroll, because it says: "Any student may enroll beginning September 1, 2011, space permitting." If I'm placed in waitlist, is there a good chance I'll be able to take the class?

I desperately need to take this class in the fall, otherwise I'm screwed.
What can I do?

I’m having the same problem with another class. It looks like the only option is to wait and hope there is still room. I was able to get into Chem 14a last year though after the orientation sessions were over (I didn’t get a spot in orientation) so you should be good.

Yes, if you can get on the waitlist for a chemistry class, then they will add you automatically into the class a few days into the quarter.
