MAJOR mistake on cal state appls

<p>Hello guys, I've recently applied to Cal poly Pomona, Cal-state Fullerton, Northridge, and Long Beach on November 1, 2012. For some of my grades, i put pluses on them. How i determined if it was + is from a website my school uses to check our grades. For example,I put + if the percentage was 88 or 77. However, my high school transcript only uses a one letter grade without the plus or minuses which i recently found out from my counselor. The good thing is that i haven't sent my transcript yet. But, i'm freaking out because of this mistake! How can i fix this even thought i have already submitted my application? Is my application going to be revoked or rejected?</p>
