I'm at Hopkins now and am really having a tough time choosing a major and I'm certain that I'd like to go on to law school. I'm trying to decide between History of Science and Technology, Neuroscience and Math. I was just hoping for your guys' input on each of these with regards to law school.
I know LSAC doesn't prescribe any particular major, but I'm just wondering what you think.
Thanks

One thing you should certainly do if you major in math or neuroscience is take a lot of writing-intensive courses.

If you get a Bachelor of Science (as opposed to the BA) in most schools this means you will be forced to take more rigourous analysis courses - so while I dont know about neuroscience, you should be taught how to be a SOLID analytical writer (although, I still find spell check to be very helpful).

While I do see that, the History of Science and Technology major requires 30 credits to be taken in the sciences and mathematics, so while I have fulfilled most of this requirement, I plan on taking Orgo 1, Linear algebra and some other higher level biology courses like Evolutionary Analysis and stuff like that.

Oh, and the Neuroscience degree at JHU is a BA. I'm not really sure why.
