Major selection when applying to college

I plan on applying to the UC schools with my eyes set on UCLA and UCB. I am not sure exactly what I want to do just yet, but I am leaning towards law or business & econ. What should I put my undergrad major as? Should i put undeclared?

Basically, what will help me get in easier? Thanks for the help.

If you want to go to a law school after undergraduate, ANY MAJOR could be good.
ANY, including engineering majors. The law school would love to see a biological science major applicant.

Just make sure that you take some advanced writing classes in college. LSAT could be dead hard if you don't write well and quickly, I heard.
