Major - to Stern or not?

<p>I realize that it is very difficult to get into Stern. 20% accept rate!!</p>

<p>I am just as interested in Econ as I am in Business. Should I change my "desired major" to Econ in CLAS. I wonder what is the accept rate for Econ?</p>

<p>I planning to submit Regular on Jan 1st. My essays refer to my interest in Econ and business. </p>

<p>Any info on this would be of great help.</p>

<p>of course, it’d be better to get into stern. however, a friend of mine who is in stern says that those who take CAS econ are still just as competitive and able to get internships that stern students get.</p>
