Major transcript problem

Ok let me give you some background here. I go to a school in CT where we have a block schedule. 4 classes per day for half a year with AP classes all year. Well, on Friday before February vacation, I picked up a few sealed envelopes to send to scholarships that contained my transcript, midyear, actvities, and recommendations (students are not supposed to look at these). Well, curiosity got the best of me, and I opened one of the envelopes to read the a recommendation that I had not seen (my teacher showed me the other one). In the scope of things it's not the worst thing I could do, but I probably shouldn't have done it.

Well after looking up recs. I saw my midyear report. I only had three classes on there when there should have been for. I was missing my AP History class. On my transcript it lists that I am taking AP history and when I sent out my apps, my school sent out first quarter grades that had history listed on there. I don't know what I should do. An admissions officer is going to see my midyear report and think I either dropped AP History or decided to only take 3 classes when I should take 4. What should I do here? I am planning on going in next week and asking for a copy of my transcript and midyear, then come back a few hours later and say there is an error.

bump please

bump please

just send a letter to admissions.

or!

slyly ask your GC "hey, did you by any chance forget i was in ap history on my midyear?"

i know, it's genius. no need for applause.

Every student should go to the HS registrar and review their transcript for errors or problems before it is sent anywhere.

Recommendations are private, but transcripts are yours to review.

yep

say you lost the envelope...

ask to review your transcript one more time just in case

then get a new one

and send it
