Major Transfer Advice

So I have another thread here talking about specific 2.8 GPA But I wanted to make a new one after getting some emails back from people. Also its annoying to have 3 topics.

I am a current community college student with a GPA that will be (after recalculation and taking with my advisor) a 2.9 at the end of my college years.

This number differs depending on how you look at it. I took part time college classes in HS which are on my transcript for 2 years...but they are also on my college/HS transcript and I know some schools wont double count since they counted towards my graduation. THUS

Without double counting: 3.45
With double counting: 2.9

For the past 33 credits I've gotten straight As.

I'm applying to five schools
U Mass Amherst
University of Richmond
Tufts (Long shot)
Tulane (Iffy, cuz I've been talking with the admissions person for transfers)
Rutgers

I have a total of 4 recons (1 from job, 3 from teachers) and maybe one from the president of my college.

I need some advice. I have a safety school which I'm already accepted in so no worries but those 5 schools are my top. They all said I can turn in my HS information which is:

ACT 28
GPA: 3.3
Valedictorian
President of 5+ clubs

I have this last semester any advice? major advice? chances? anything?
