<p>I'm currently at Skidmore College and am looking to transfer to NYU/Wesleyan/John Hopkins and, on a huge stretch, Georgetown. In high school I had a 2.99 GPA but a 35 ACT score. At Skidmore I have a 3.6 GPA and huge work experience over the last two years working on political campaigns and working at NGOs during the summer. Is it worth trying?</p>
