Major?

I was wondering if there are the following majors or minors at any universities. If you know of any please leave more info on the program and/or school--Sports History, Sports Writing/Journalism, Sports Radio-- Yes, I am a big sports nut and right now I want to make a career of it. Thanks.

There are probably many journalism departments where you could study sports journalism. There are programs specifically devoted to Sports Journalism at schools like Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Morehouse College, and Springfield College.

Actually, many people that go into sports writing/broadcasting pick Communications as a major. It's very diverse, but it still teaches you what you need to know. And most universities have some form of it.

Ryno26: You don't have to major in a sports major in order to be an even bigger sports nut out of college. Also, keep in mind that in a lot of colleges you can actually design your own major.

thanks for all the input!
