<p>You will want to talk to the department of Political Science but I believe the way it is done at ND is that you get a Poly Sci degree with a focus on International Relations. I am not sure because I just looked into Poly Sci a little bit while looking for a second major, but I think how that is. If you email them they will be able to help you a lot more.
