I plan on majoring in Biological Basis of Behavior

However, I don't really have the psychology part down, i have never taken it because I've opted to take harder AP's instead( bio, chem, physics, calc bc; ap psychology is a joke in our school).

My ec's are more science in general, more into medicine

Will this look bad?? Should i choose another Major? I've heard BBB has a lot of premeds, would BBB be more competitive to get into than say Biology or Biochem?

I’m pretty sure it won’t have any effect. BBB does have a lot of premeds, but Penn does not admit based on indicated major so indicating one major over another will not make a difference. They know most people change majors. If anything, you’ve done yourself a favor by choosing hard science APs over psych.

Sorry, But im a bit skeptical about the whole “not basing decisions on chosen major” thing
I mean if i choose Ecology or Philosophy instead of Biology there’s definately less compitition…
