Ok, I just want know if it is going to be useful. I am going to attend Valencia College in Orlando, Florida and planning to study their Electrical Engineer program and then transfer to UCF for Aerospace engineering. Is it more marketable? I want to work for a big company like Boeing, or maybe NASA (which is my dream). My passion is Aerospace engineering but, I want to see if majoring in electrical engineering is going to help me.

EE isn’t like Aero. Mechanical Engineering would be a much better fit.

^ I agree with @rhg3rd. There is little crossover between EE and Aero. EE will in no way hurt you in getting into the Aerospace industry and will actually be more broadly useful for other industries. There are electronics in everything now.

It’s hard to understand what you are really asking. Are you going to get a four year degree from Valencia college? If so you are not transferring to UCF, you are applying there. Presumably for their masters program. The word transfer means that you plan on switching colleges before earning your degree. In which case you would not have an electrical engineering degree. You would’ve just taken some electrical engineering courses. Which has about zip value in the marketplace.
