Do you guys plan to live and work in the US after college?

I was planning on majoring in Criminal Justice, but maybe changing my mind to Geography although Criminal Justice has a more defined career path.

As for staying in the US, with the F1 visa I think you have 60 days after the completion of your studies to stay in the country. So I think if you can find a job in that time then you can change your visa with the support of your employer.

Majoring in pre-med for undergrad studies and medicine in graduate years.
I think I'm going to leave after finishing uni (I think my studies will take like 6 years? or 7??) to Korea and build a hospital lol.

Major in philosophy or political science. Upon graduation, I hope to attend law school and go into family law.

Major in journalism/biology
(possibly med/pharm school)
Become a journalist/doctor/pharmicist

if doctor/pharm stay in US
if journalist go to England

i too want to stay in the US after graduation, but i am afraid of not getting the proper visa to stay, and having to go back to my home country. do you guys feel the same way, and if so what do you guys want to do to ensure that you settle in the US

If you want to stay in the US after completing your studies it is very important to not mention this when you are applying for an F-1 visa, you are expected to prove that you will be returning to your home country.

what are the prospects for american grads in your home countries

Planning to major in economics and work in the States (more $$$ than in Canada).

I shouldn't have much difficulty in getting a visa to stay; my dad owns a warehouse in New York (and thus employs Americans--he's L1A and can basically move tomorrow if he wishes).

how easy is it for international students from US to work in Canada

I was thinking a Computer Engineering and Theoretical Mathematics double major.

And no, I don't want to live in the states.

i know theres a reason why you guys want to come to the US? What is it?

best education in the world and flexibility.

major? career plans?

chemical engineering, become a entrepreneur and have my own business.

what do you guys want to do? come on....

what kind of jobs is there a global market for these days

Most opportunities for employment and lots of money.

Biotech field and anything dealing with money such as investment banking, consultancy, and analyst have most opportunities.

well, I want to major in economics & women's studies. I want to work for NGO right after graduation and 10 years later, have an organization of my own. Well, it doesn't sound like a lot of money like you guys' plans.

I want to major in prepharm, biology, or chemistry, and then go to the pharmacy school(that's the plan what I have in my mind right now).
I'm also thinking of other majors too. I guess I really haven't made up my mind yet. I want to take different kinds of courses when I get into college, and then find out what really fits me. :)
