Majors, and Minors, and Master's, Oh, My!

I have about 5 questions masked in this very long essay; please help? *

I'll preface this by saying I am absolutely not going to graduate school, as of yet. I haven't even graduated high school. But I'm getting ready to think of my majors and what I want to study ('tis the season), and I'd appreciate any help you guys'll offer.

I'm in the International Baccalaureate Diploma program, and so far, I'm doing very well. However, even if I suddenly tank all my tests, my school will still verify (I don't know the technical jargon is...) my GPA, which at the moment seems to be 3.74 (unweighted).

On to the dilemma:
My parents would rather I not study abroad (as in, USA, UK, etc.) but rather choose somewhere close to home. As they are paying for college, I was rational and fully understood that. I choose the American University of Sharjah (in the UAE), which will accept my IB diploma and give me course credit for some classes.

However, this university is being very unclear about its Double Major policies. At first, I wanted to study English Literature and Anthropolgy (double major). Now, I see that they don't have Anthropology, and the closest thing to is that they offer is History. As a minor :/. I sent them an email a day ago asking if I could take History at a 'major' level, but no answer yet.

Here is one of my many questions:
1. Can I study History at a minor level but then get a Master's in it?
2. Can I study History as a minor, but then get a Master's in Anthropology?
3. Do you have any help/advice you can give me about my major(s) (or a major, and a minor)?

Thank you, and any help would be truly appreciated!
