Majors and Minors

I don't know. My teacher said so, so that is why I am also worried. xD. P.S. I hate math with a passion. xD Even if I am taking AP Calc BC. =[.

And he also told me that you need a reasonable amount of engineering knowledge to really succeed and get big money. I am not sure if that is true, but he took a law course at NYU when he was getting his masters. (His undergraduate was electrical and computer engineering.) So I don't know.

Umm...NO. My uncle doesn't know a lot of engineering (if any) but is a highly rated and successful attorney.

Thanks. lol k. : ].

I minored in fine art, visual communications, and was one course shy of photography.. as a result i've been hired to do a lot of free lance projects (making brochures, business cards, websites, photography, multimedia cds, etc) for various companies (some local ones, some larger ones.. most recent being the american lung association). All of the companies i did/do work for have commented how it's good that i focused in more than one thing.. and as a business major apparently i'm great at the whole marketing aspect as well... i've also been chosen by some bands to do their photography at shows... and recently i was asked to do a photo shoot of a band for their press kit.. i also was asked to do the photography for a wedding, which i had to turn down.....

so yeah, minors def. can count for something. my roommate who was a graphic design major told me that if her and i were applying for the same jobs, i'd get the job before she would even though i only had 1/3rd of the classes in art...
