majors and social life on campus

I'm a rising senior and I have been wondering about how much the workload is for pre-med majors. Are you guys weighed down by the workload so that you dont really have time to go out and party? And how much of your time is spent studying and doing work?

Work load depends on actual major since pre-med is not one. Pre-med simply means you must complete certain courses in physics, chemistry, biology and you can do those while majoring in almost anything (many psychology or even English majors can qualify for med school and thus you do not need to major in chem or biology). If you major in chemistry, physics or biology, your work load will be more than many other LAS majors, and if you major in engineering, it will be substantially more. Reality is that almost all have time to party or otherwise take time away from studies but majors like engineering or science give you less of that off-time.
