<p>Hello. I recently got accepted to American. I was wonder if anyone who applied to American had a spesific major in mind? I know some people come to American for the international studies. I guess what I’m asking is “why are you coming or applying to American?”</p>
<p>Intended Major: Journalism…I personally think this is an awsome area to get into. I currenly work for the school paper and love it. I guess my area of experties is writing about technology.</p>

<p>Political Science: w/ washington, DC in my backyard, the interships, the experience, and the political arena is right outside. I love politics, i'm such a politics geek, and i'm so glad i came to a school which shares the same love of politics. At AU i actually picked up another major, CLEG. (communications, Law, economics, and gov't) fun stuff... :)</p>
<p>My daughter applied RD and loves American, she is planning a double major in Journalism and Political Science (or CLEG, hasn't quite decided).
