Hey everybody. Im a senior and getting ready to decide on a college. I was accepted to UChicago and Emory business. I'd like to get your feedback as to which degree, economics or business, will provide a better backround for work on wall street. Currently intrested in working for ibank doing research or trading, or a hedgefund.

chicago's econ program is among the best in the world, while emory's business school is also very good. i would say that there might be more chicago alums than emory in the financial district of nyc. both degrees are highly respected. id say its up to what school is the better fit. emory obviously has the better weather, but going to school in chicago is a huge plus.
