i’m looking at the penn app (class of 2011?)…
so i’d like to major in “philosophy, politics, and economics” (saw it in the list of majors on the site) and minor in “legal studies and history” (involves courses at Wharton even if you don’t go there)…So I’m not applying to Wharton or Huntsman or anything special…what do you think of that? Basically my question is, is UPenn a good choice for this plan? what other schools do you think are good for poli sci/legal studies/american history?thanks bunches.

georgetown. american, maybe? (not in the same class, but free online app and potential for merit money)

American is my safety that I really like, so I know a fair amount about it. They have a special major that they really brag about. One of their students created it however long ago, and its called CLEG: Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government. I'm pretty sure you basically end up with a BA in all four once you graduate, but I heard it's really work intensive.

George Washington, Brandeis(known for merit money), Tufts.

Georgetown, Tufts, Brown, Stanford...
