Yeah, that is wrong. I believe that it actually stands for:

We Own the Other Team (WOOT)

Yeah, that is wrong. I believe that it actually stands for:

We Own the Other Team (WOOT)

Even though thats still wrong, I'll except it. Wo0OTt!!

Well, thats the connotation it has taken in most video games, but I guess at its basis its just a cry of joy.

hmm..what about economics?

What do u mean by splitting hairs? That the two arent much different?

Yep, they're not that much different, and the jobs you get with either major are usually the same. You look under "accounting" in the help wanted section of your local paper and a lot of jobs require an accounting degree... you look under "finance" in the help wanted section of the paper and most the jobs require an accounting degree, or some also say finance degree. LOL

"wrong"
No I am right.
Here is a definition from wikipedia: "In the role-playing game, Dungeons & Dragons, w00t has been variously interpreted as combinations of the phrases "weapons and loot," "wondrous loot," or "Wow, loot!", that were supposedly contracted to "w00t"."

Also, in first person shooter game this can be said when killing many enemies in a short time and scoring many points (the reward) for doing so. In multiplayer first shooter games players say woot all the time even when they are in a free-for-all game.

ACCOUNTING: Ten letters.

No undergraduate major is as desired as accounting and that INCLUDES finance. Nursing comes a close second though.

Engineering and computer science are good choices too and start off at higher pay than even accountants, although accountants do not only catch up to engineering salares, they will exeed them over time.

Teaching is also in big demand; thus, if you major in education, you are assured a job, although not as high paying as those mentioned above.

I'm fairly confident that nursing is #1 one, or maybe it changed between know in last year? Anyway, I'm an accounting major so, I should have a job when I get out.

mssales - Are u going to go to grad school or just try to find a job right after your 4 years?

After a few years in public accounting, I'll probably get my MBA, if I can't get a job in I-Banking then I'll work some other high paying job, until save the capital to purchase my own business. I got some ideas of what kind of business ventures I'm interested in, nothing is concrete obviously. btw it'll be 3 years for me.
