<p>I received my score report today and my birth date on it is wrong. How do I correct it?
I'm guessing I'd have to send in the corrections part but do I use the collegeboard envelope that it came in b/c it's ripped pretty bad, do they care? And if I use another envelope, do I have to pay to mail it? </p>

<p>Call first. My score report was missing my scores from last year and they fixed it in about a minute and a half.</p>

Assuming you are in the US or Canada the number is 1-888-225-5427. But I think they close at 4:45 ET…</p>

<p>Just updating this post, I called them today and customer service fixed it for me. :)</p>
