Male to Female Ratio a Problem?

I didn’t, as you commented on, notice an unusual amount of guys that aren’t ‘masculine’ (I toured the Theatre department to, so there’s that), plenty of guys were athletes, in frats, etc.

<p>No one holds the door for girls. It’s common to see a girl struggling to carry a heavy load and the guys just watch on; one (huge!) guy even told a girl that carrying a pack of water bottles is “too heavy.” Using foul language around women is the norm, even among the adults. I don’t know if it was my Southern side kicking in or what, but the guys really surprised me.</p>

I’m not aware of a female bias for Sociology in general

<p>ETA: I just looked at the course roster for my soc class. 65% female. That was lower than I thought it would be. Hm</p>
