<p>im not in any sports right now but i go to the gym on sundays. im overweight though. like 30 pounds.</p>
<p>CC running and XC skiing (so rollerskiing in the summer), varsity in both as a freshman. I also did varsity track when I was a freshman and sophomore. I also try to do a bit of lifting.</p>

<p>Run, play basketball, different ab workouts every night, pushups, bike riding, and jumping jacks.</p>
<p>I bench about 350. What about you guys?</p>

<p>When I say try, I do mean try. I think the most I've ever benched was 105.</p>

<p>i go to the gym about 3 or 4 times a week. at school i am on the bowling team. lol. its not exactly really athletic. and tennis. </p>
