management trainee or rotation programs?

<p>i'm just wondering which companies have management trainee or rotation programs that hire college undergrads. i know target, walgreens, at&t, and boeing are some examples. what are some other ones? </p>

<p>how are these type of programs regarded when it comes to applying for a MBA program? </p>
