I'm from India and want to pursue a career in finance.

I'm holding unconditional offers from both The University of Manchester and University of Nottingham along with admission to Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

This is posing as quite a tough decision to me and I desperately need your opinion..........

I don't know about Kelley School of Business, but in my personal opinion I would go for Manchester, just because I prefer Manchester. Also, if you still can't figure it out, go on to the university site and look up your subject and then the course content. They will be similarities but most likely they will also be some differences, most UK courses vary a lot between Universities.

My dad got his MBA at Kelley, and it's a very well-known business school...It's usually among the top 20 in the country, but I don't know how it has fared in recent years.

What I can tell you is that Bloomington is a great place to live...Indiana is beautiful and so's the campus. University life reaches every corner of the town, and even though it's small and in the Midwest, it has an inmense amount of intellectual life and a very cosmopolitan atmosphere.

^Yep. Kind of reminds me of the computer science craze of the 1990s.

OP, there is far more available in the world of finance than just banking and consulting.

Which university would give you a better chance at a decent job in finance? Neither school's name alone will land you a job. It will depend on what job you consider decent, how appropriately you present yourself on both on paper and in person, your language skills, your knowledge of and integration with the local culture (in a number of very obvious and very subtle ways), your experience level, how proactive and effective you are in seeking out opportunities, the list goes on.
