<p>So I am looking at good engineering schools (Carnegie mellon, cornell, u michigan, tufts) and a friend recenly brought up Manhattan College (not Manhattanville). Now I have done a lot of research on the subject and never once have seen the school mentioned in any forums or ranking system. However when I specifically looked up Manhattan college engineering, I found claims that it is among the best(by which I mean top 15). So my question is, where does the program rank among the other schools I have mentioned, and why haven't I heard of it before? I should probably add that I am mostly interested in mechanical engineering and computer science.
