Manually submitting test scores??

I submitted all my scores to the UC’s far before the application deadline via collegeboard. Those were all processed successfully. However, on my UC Berkeley portal, it wants me to also manually submit my scores.

Here’s what it says:

"Test Scores
Please note: You must submit official test scores.

*Your “Test Score” checklist item below will show complete once you self-report your ACT with Writing or SAT scores; however, you must submit your official scores to us by December 2017. (SAT Subject Test scores do not appear in the list below because they are no longer required tests.)"

So am I supposed to literally upload my official score report? No other school has asked me this.
