If you can answer any of them, it will be really helpful to me. Thanks!

I. If I am a candidate for financial aid, when should the appropriate forms be filed on?

II. In test info. section, do I write down all the SAT IIS I have taken or jsut the ones I want them to consider (although they are going to see all of them anyways)?

III. In the educational data, they ask you for your guidance counselor's name and then position...isn't guidance counselor the position?

IV. Do I look like an underachiever if all my EC, personal, and volunteer activites fit in the given section?

V. For the short answer section, is it asking specifically for one of my activities or all that are meaningful to me?

VI. Lastly, for the question about how I became interested in applying to Yale, can I list them as in the given example or should I write them in full sentences.

so I'm a bit nervious about sending it out. I'm afraid I'm going to make a stupid mistake in the app., like missing a letter from my name or something, which I already did in my draft app. -_-

I'll do my best to answer your questions, but I can't help with the first because I know nothing about financial aid. Sorry. I already submitted my app, so if anything I say isn't right, at least we'll be screwed together :)

II) I assume you're sending a score report through CollegeBoard, which includes all of your test scores, good or bad. I would think, however, that you could choose which scores you want to write down in the test info section. I don't think it really matters as long as what you right down is accurate, since they'll see them all anyway, and I hear they only care about your top 3.
III) I was confused by that too. On my National Merit app, my school wrote "Counselor" as my Guidance Counselor's position, so that's what I did too.
IV) Of course not! What matters is that you were incolved and dedicated to the activities that you wanted to do. Passion is better than 8 million different activities
V) For the short answer on the common app write about the one activity that has been most meaningful to you. Yale allows you write about a different activity for the short answer than you do for the supplementary essay if you want.
VI) I'd say write in complete sentences. However, I wouldn't worry too much either. Somewhere (I forget where) I read that the question is used for marketing purposes and is not evaluative. I hope not anyway, since I didn't really let my passion for the school come through in my answer. The online supplement says "Please keep answers to 50 words or less", and I don't know how you can really develop anything too significant in such a small space.

Hope this helps. Try not to stress too much and best of luck!
