<p>Art
Chess
Math
Soccer
Blogging
Tutoring
and some others.</p>
<p>I’m no expert at college admissions, but in my opinion, a set of focused ECs would be better than a motley list. For instance, science Olympiads, research publications, science clubs, tutoring in science would demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to science.</p>
<p>I don’t know about your application chances but it might help with scholarships.</p>
