Many Questions- Help, Please?

neatoburrito-
My grandmother would be against it because her mother converted to Catholicism after being raised in a strict Espicopalian family. When she converted, my great-grandmother was disowned. That’s why I’m worried that my grandmother would object to me attending an Episcopal school.
I understand that there are many opportunities for people of other religions, and would love to meet people who don’t share the same beliefs as I do. But my grandmother will be hard to convince.

OK. I’m sorry to hear that. It’s worth a shot though, right? Have you asked her directly, “Would you be opposed to my going to a school with an Episcopal affiliation, even if it is where I could have the best opportunitites?”

neatoburrito- Yeah, it’s worth a shot. I haven’t asked her directly (I haven’t even talked to my parents about boarding school yet!), but if my parents say yes to it, then I’ll speak with her.
