March 1 - April 30 Admission Decisions

Does anyone know why the email that welcomes our application says

"Once our campuses make their admission decisions, they will notify you. This typically occurs between March 1 and April 30"

March 1, is way early. Does this apply to only certain campuses or do they begin notifying us of their decision as early as 3/1?

if you get scholarship or something, you prob got a notice already.

UCR will begin notifying on March 1st at 12:01 AM, so I think they're on the ball with that.

Although last year my ex-gf transferred from UCR to UCI and was able to see that she got in on UCI's MyAdmissions page on Feb 8th, 2007. Weird.

Campuses will start notifying students as early as March 1, it is really only UCLA and UCB I believe that takes until April 30, to give out acceptance.

UCD comes out in March, UCLA comes out late April a little earlier than UCB. UCB is exactly on April 30th...not sure about the rest of them though

bummer. does anyone have the admissions link?

UC Davis transfer decisions will start to be released in the middle of March and will continue through the month of April. If you don't have your decision by March it doesn't mean that will or won't be admitted. It only means that we have not had the opportunity to evaluate your application. Again not all transfer students will have an admissions decision by March.
