<p>Yea, I applied for econ and some friends applied for poli science and we haven’t heard back yet either.</p>

None of the people i know who applied for econ or busi got their letters.</p>

<p>UCI is the worst in notifying. they have a reputation of being last in notification of rejections.</p>
<p>I haven’t been accepted but I believe something changed on my application. (not 100% sure)
When I checked the status page it said.
You are being considered for the Informatics major.
- Preferred Major: BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
- Alternate Major: BUSINESS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT</p>
<p>However I do not think that I was being considered for the INFORMATICS major before. Additionally, I do not believe that Business adminstration corresponds to the Informatics major, it seems to correspond to comp sci/ engineering etc. Are they considering me for comp sci etc or does the Informatics correspond to my alternate major (Business information management) My main question is, are they considering me for another major? Thanks</p>
