March 10 decisions...

St. Marks and Concord both send letters i.e. no online (unless they've changed since last year)

Shall we create an Official Predictions Thread, or would it be redundant? :D

I think we should...

I think for the decisions thread we should have:

-the schools you applied to
-the schools that accepted you
-the schools that waitlisted you
-the schools like rejected you
-where you plan on attending

Yeah, create a new thread. I'll do it Fri. I won't be here for the next day!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll miss you guys.

You won't be here on Saturday? On the Day Itself? :( Why?

We should definitely have a thread like that, and we should include our stat, so that next season, the new applicants can learn from it.

gah, i thought i wouldnt be nervous- but... wow, lol im kinda feeling reallyreally anxious about saturday. :(

I dreamt about being accepted to Exeter last night, and only having to pay $4,000 a year. Sigh....

That would be a miracle! But hey, you seem like a great candidate, especially with your SSAT perfect scores. Anything's possible!!!!

Gasp! You could be a prophet!

I should start a religion! After all, "that's where the money is".

Edit: maybe I should find out what d-day brings first. :P

What a coincidence, tommeister! Yesterday, I had a dream that I was at Andover. I think it occurred during gym class. I was running with a bunch of people outside in the early morning along a path through the woods with the academy in the distance. Then, I think we went swimming (and someone, I presume that he was my friend, said "Aww no, no way I'm swimming." :D). After that, we went back inside and studied Calculus. It was a great dream. :D

Haha...sounds like it, Chaos, except for the fact that you were at Andover, not Exeter!

Andover is great, too. My Andover application was my best (least horrible) application. :)

Andover IS great, too, but i get the feeling that you're leaning more towards Exeter. (:D)

What makes you think that? :D

Just an inkling I had.

hah . chaos. i had that same type of dream at andover a week ago . i was walking in the snow , talking to some kids , and then shakespeare showed up out of no where & started rehearsing some lines .
:P yeah , it went to the bizzare pretty quick . but it was a great dream =]

yeah..Shakespeare hangs around here at Andover all of the time :)

Good luck to everyone wherever you are applying!

It's neat you have such vivid dreams. I usually just end up with fragments. I think I've dreamt about being at random boarding schools a few times, though it was never clear which one. I usually most clearly remember nightmares, however. There's one I remember that I had when I was not yet five years old.

I had a dream about going to the "Day with Andover" just a couple weeks before actually attending the event. From what I can remember, the dream corresponded much to what actually happened that day. It was everything I suspected + more. I was freaked out!!!

I also had a dream of opening my Andover letter and getting on the waiting list, then balling my eyes out. Hopefully, this dream won't come true, and I actually wouldn't be crying. lol.

& tommeister! hahaha! new religion! i suggest not. READ THE BOOK "Godless" It's a great book about teenage boys creating a new religion and the consequences behind the action.
