Letter
To dream that you receive a letter, signifies a new opportunity or challenge. Alternatively, the letter represents a message from your unconscious mind. The contents of the letter may offer you some guidance in a current situation. Consider also how the letter may be a pun on "let her".

Money

How do they know all these things?

when you dream, your subconscious takes over. in your SC, there are a lot of things that you may feel are certain, but have not been logically clarified by your conscious mind. they're not explicit thoughts, either.. they're strings of ideas and images and thoughts and hopes and wishes and perceived implications from others. for instance, if i had a dream about being accepted to something (unidentified), i might be feeling uneasy about how i measure up, but deep down i now i'm a good candidate and have a good chance. it's all very logical; it's not mystical or anything. how your SC interprets your surroundings and your emotions is how they will be represented in your dream. it's sort of like an innate interpretation of a situation - no logic, really, no explicit details, just the first wave of reaction that comes over you... it's how you really feel about things. the dream dictionaries are, by nature, generalized.. which isn't good or bad. but sometimes it's really more of the majority's feelings about a thing. i'm not sure if an arachnaphobic and a entomologist who both dreamt of a spider were feeling the same thing deep down... i don't know that. it's open to interpretation.

It seems that on March 9th, 11:59 P.M., Big Ben's hands will slowly decelerate, coming to a halt a second before 12:00 A.M.

The birds will stop mid-flight, the trees will stop swaying in the wind, the twinkling stars will stop twinkling. Mankind itself will come to a screeching halt as humans around the world become statues, forever trapped within the unforgiving vicegrip of time.

Time itself will stop. :D

And so I, a poor, ragged man in shackles will be left waiting, staring at my mailbox for the rest of eternity.
(I'm bored. :D)

You realize, Chaos, it would be seven at night your time if such an event occured. And also, 10 March would have become a day in some places.
I'm bored, too. :D

I just called the one school my son applied to....his brother attended and it is the only one he wants to go to. They said the packets and letters (all decisions, positive or negative, go out the same day) are postmarked March 10 and sent out Priority Mail, so we would probably not get it until Monday. But they did say to go online at midnight...
