accepted-taft

that's great tom, but now i want to know where my Andover laptop is....

No UPS truck for us yet..:( but my son did get his acceptance from Exeter today!! :) and from The Governors Academy. Exeter was his first choice... so he is thrilled.

Are you international?

no, we live pretty close, and it was mailed USPostal priority, and the postmark is the 9th!!!!, although the Governors was priority and it was postmarked the 10th.... pretty fast!!!

That's strange. I didn't think that Exeter mailed them out until today! I wonder if they did the same with any others.

Edit: Oh, and a very hearty congratulations to your son!

Wow, good for him! My UPS truck hasn't came by my street yet either, it usually comes around 2-4:40PM. YAY!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOO!! :D All wait lits so far, but not rejections!!!!!! :D

I was surprised too, but I recall my older son getting his letter on the 10th, but as I a said we only live about 15 miles from the school. But it was a relief since we haven't been visited by the UPS fairy!!

Congrats to your son!! :) Tell him we're all happy. (for him)

Thank you Olivia, and I will be keeping my fingers crossed that you get into Choate from the waitlist. I think you should let them know how much you want to be a part of the Choate community and how much you could contribute.

Thanks, that's really sweet. I'm dying to get off the waitlist.

All the people on CC could sign a virtual petition to Choate to get you off the waitlist maybe? :)

Aw, that's so sweet. :)

haha we should.

That would be so funny :D That cheered me up, thanks.

Is it bad if a UPS truck came earlier with nothing for me?

I don't think so. You're in Florida, so it may take a little longer since you're pretty far from New England.

Brother in at his three: SPS, Deerfield, Peddie.

Good. Thanks, Jonathan. :)

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mi sis got into EXETER!!!!!!!!!!!!! but she got rejected from Groton....

Congratulations to your brother, suze. How many to go for him?
