<p>Last year wasn't a leap year...but the decision day fell before the clocks changed, so you have had 23 hours more than last year. Hang in there. 23 hours isn't that long. Think of how different this world would be if Jack Bauer only had 23 hours. We'd all say, "That's not enough time!"</p>
