March 10th SAT Discussion

yep 4:5...

woohoo! I got 4:5 as well =)

i got C too. 4/5.

one was 3/2 and the other 6/5

doubled 3/2 and then got 6/4 and 6/5. so i said 4/5 based on that.

what was the one about the explicit permission for it (writing skills)

i circled that one because i thought it had a pronoun disagreement, u know plural snowmobilies either that or vagueness

what math score am i looking at with one wrong MC and one wrong grid-in?

760 maybe? I think that's what it usually is

what was the one about the explicit permission for it (writing skills)

i circled that one because i thought it had a pronoun disagreement, u know plural snowmobilies either that or vagueness

i said that ans choice was incorrect

explicit permission for it....it is incorrect, it doesnt fit and is vague.

ye i said "it" was wrong because snowmobiles is plural. Thank god my 2nd writing was experimental

the snowmobile passage was not experimental if that is what you are referring to

caliboi, math score range as of now is 740-780

nope...i was referring to the one that was experimental. I think i did pretty well on the 1st set of 35 W's

don't feel like looking through all the threads..who had the passage about archaelogy, with a crazy woman who talked to a reporter?

for the uses of the word patriot was it sarcastic? literal? I had no clue

harvard - i don't think i had that one. maybe experimental?

what did u guys think the CR curve will be?

dont remember it....experimental or poorly described

Hey guys:

What did you get for the Henry VIII correcting error sentence? My friend got "No Error," but I said that the "was" incorrectly modified the "religious matters." Verdict, please?

for the uses of the word patriot was it sarcastic? literal? I had no clue

i said sarcastic. passage 1 referred to the "sunday talk patriots" and media pundits. passage 2 was in a form of a question - something along the lines of "isn't this increase in patriotism beneficial?"

CR CURVE will be the greatest....math and writing will be virtually nonexistant maybe 20 points
