March 10th SAT Discussion

YES i'm so happyyy

Yeah, I got wry observations for one of them...

i got the wry observations but i put literal down. i thought the first passage was way more sarcastic and the second one a bit more literal.

did u guys put "as quickly" for the writing question about learning french

ahh what was i thinking on the 4 point oneee
i put two cuz i added them all instead of multiplied them..gosh i feel so dumb
and then that stupid (3,5) one that i put (1,5) for...not lookin good for me

and did you guys ever decide whether belie was the answer to that one?

was the part of the original question? for the french thing

What about that question regarding the cube and the square plane going through it. Something about finding angle YQP or something, i dunno, i put 30 degrees. Did anyone get that?

i got the wry observations but i put literal down. i thought the first passage was way more sarcastic and the second one a bit more literal.

didn't the question ask about passage 1 not passage 2?

and i said wry observation.

I put down 60 I think.... and for the french thing i put no error.

i got the wry observations but i put literal down. i thought the first passage was way more sarcastic and the second one a bit more literal.

didn't the question ask about passage 1 not passage 2?

and i said wry observation.

it said passage 2 in comparison with passage 1

and also, the five points--one of them was on the x axis and one of them fell just short of crossing the bottom half of the y-axis, leaving it with a negative x and y, giving it a positive product. so the answer was THREE points.

What about that question regarding the cube and the square plane going through it. Something about finding angle YQP or something, i dunno, i put 30 degrees. Did anyone get that?

i believe it was a 30-60-90 triangle. i think it was 60.

boxster i put 60 for that one but i completely guessed hah i just knew it wasnt like 75

Yeah, I put 60.

the answer was sarcastic... wry observation was on a different q. and yes, fever, it asked about passage 1.

I got 60 for the cube thing

it said passage 2 in comparison with passage 1

you got it reversed.

for the patriotism one, the question was how did the "patriotism" in passage 2 compare with the "patriots" in passage 1.

me too i hope it was 30 because the square plane didnt go midpoint-to far corner, it fell short of the left corner, making the angle by the midpoint <45 degrees. I think...

anyone else on the french question. Dont u need to have as twice

it just said "as quickly had" rather than "as quickly as if she had"

oh and for the last grid in on one of the sections where it was like tank X and Y and you had to figure out how much was in x or its capacity or something like that did you guys get 3000?
