the answer thing by evan said recognizes

ye my bad..i take it back. I think they agreed recognizes because even though the author doesn't want to acknowledge Franklin's faults, he still "nods" at them, or recognizes them.
....something like that i think

Hm, I remember one of the reading sentence completion (vocab) questions with an answer choice "derivative"

Anyone else remember this question and the answer?

haha in history we read that book founding brothers by ellis, it was kind of cool to see it come up on the SAT

OMG. I hope the curve is really generous for CR. Wasn't this month's harder than last month's (or so I have heard)

I hope so naidu.....i think we all need it lol. But yes, I think most people agree that, at least the sentence completion part of the CR was more difficult than usual

woohoo, I love you cory123

not literally of course

lol i love you too naidu90

not literally of course

^ ha ha ha ha

Can we go over the photography section?

Questions + answers.

ex) Something about the overall gist of photography

Breach of Urban Etiquitte

Glock, derivative was with the penguins and global warming... I had it down to that and harbinger... luckily, I guessed right.

well guys, I guess I'll see you later... since I really don't plan on coming back until I get my SAT scores.

evanw, I think it is misapplication of known facts too... I agree with you there... At first glance... at only the few sentences it asks for... it seems that the mother was trying to flatter her... but if you read on... Kwan envisioned her new sister (based on her mother's facts) that the new sister will be just like her... thus that's how i got the answer...

anyone disagree?

tscogrady... yeahh seriously... i dont get it in the photography section about the hand jutting out question... I thought the lady being photographed wasn't happy being photographed...

ye that paragraph about jacob riis was the only passage in CR that confused me....I just didn't really know how to answer the 3 questions or so that corresponded, so i just chose what sounded right

was the attempt at rowing writing question experimental?

what was the answer for that one?

CR section 12 wrongs already

What does that translate to?

probably low 600s not really sure though... did anyone have essay prompt three? It was about benefiting from all situations

I got 12 wrong on CR on the Nov. test... i got 650...
