<p>In all likelihood, the writing curve will be a lot more generous than you some of you folks make it out to be. I'm just going off the curves from the Jan. and Dec. administrations, as well as from the blue book. For example, on the Jan. test, -2 and a 10 essay was 760, while -2 and 12 was an 800. Meanwhile, a whopping -4 and 11 was a 790 (!) on the Dec. test. For those of us who are worrying over our writing scores, I think we can take comfort in these numbers.</p>

<p>math curve should be pretty bad. i'm not sure about critical reading, because the vocab was pretty difficult, at least in my opinion (i got 0 wrong in november, but i know i got 2-3 wrong this time), and the reading passages were easy.</p>

<p>whoa skyciele, seriously? i have no clue how the curve works, then. but it seems like the essay isn't really weighed as much. and since i got 3 wrong, that's a -4, whereas you had a -1. that still seems like a complete disregard for the essay, though.</p>

<p>I took the March SAT for the first time, so I was wondering how the curve works. Does it work for or against you, and do we already know what it is, or is this just speculation?</p>
