hi, ppl say there are differences (slight) from the SAT of one month to another, so how are the March SATs generally? easier? harder? or is this change in 'difficulty' level just a change in the number of students takin the test?

No different. No. No. No again. The change of difficulty is random but if the test is "harder" there is a curve that is better (it is predetermined b4 the test according to some people on CC).

THERE'S NO WAY THE CURVE IS PREDETERMINED. Then why would they have an "equating section," why would scores change periodically. They cannot predict scores, take me for example, I got a 770 Math the first time and an 800 the next time. Right now, I'm getting consistent 710s... based on the like 690-730 bracket.

The curve is made to equate to past tests and that's based on student performance. They can't just take the test and if one of the idiots up there say "Oh, moderately hard..curve will be +30, +20, +10," or whatever.
