Hey, I noticed that there wasn’t any threads about the March SAT, so here’s a startup.
i thought it was really hard, but is that just me?
I think the no-calculator math was hardest.
Yes I agree. Racing was good for me and the worst for me was math no calc. It seemed like a lot of big multiplying
I thought the reading was the worst. If anyone else thought the same, please reply here:

Does anyone remember what the readings are about?
Wow, the no calc math section-- that was pretty difficult. Ouch.
Dudes don’t talk about the specifics of the the test
Did anyone lose time on reading?
What determines if there is a curve? And for those that took the test, does it seem like reading will have a curve?
Took it today. Second time taking it, took it first time with no studying on Jan 21, got a 1350 (CR 670, M 680). Studied pretty hard for math for this one, no CR studying.
Felt that the CR today was pretty easy, but the math seemed extremely “long”. As in I would finish most math practice tests with at least a few minutes every single time and would score 760-800 consistently recently. Just felt like the questions were very long, didn’t finish the last two. If everything goes well, expect to miss 2-5 on math.
is it true that there is an english exprimental section today?
was it announced that there was an English experimental section?
And specifically reading or writing?
I literally felt fine on everything else besides the reading…
Def thought that reading was the worst… where did y’all here that an English section was going to be an experimental section? What does that mean for our score? Will be get full credit for that section even though it’s exempt? I’m confused
I think the experimental section was only given to those who did not take the essay. In the past, it has usually been another 20 min after the test has ended
@tooksattoday1 yeah, I found the reading to be the hardest as well.
DD took it today for the first time. She did a prep class and felt good about the math, though she thought some of them took some DEEP thought. Thought one reading passage was tricky (the third??) and that the others were ok, but she can’t even remember them! LOL…FRIED
But I think the experimental section must have been provided to all students within the test, right?
was hard. no calc difficult real talk. assuming will get nice curve
I think most likely the writing section.
