Allright guys... I'm applying to the Peddie and The hill school
verbal- 89
math-78
reading-92
overal- 90.
What do you think? Ive seemed to have positive feedback from teachers, guidance counselor friends, but on here everyone eeems to have a 99%ile.

i got an 83%

it’s fine. once it’s over 85 (and you’re relatively well rounded, not like 99, 99 and 3) it becomes rather irrelevant… 90’s a great score. good luck!

and yeah, i know it seems like everyone got 99 but it’s not true. CC’s just smarter than the average BS applicant as a whole, don’t let it intimidate you ( :

i know… but its just idk how to say this( i thought i would do a lot better) i mean im in all honors i scored a perfect on the state testing. (300/300) and I knew nearly all the words. The math I just zoned out so that wasn’t much of a surprise…lol.
How did you do?

I will say 90% is great because I had 81% and I got into 4 schools in the GHADES and Choate, so I will say don’t worry about getting 99% on the SSAT as long as can score <80.

State testing (MCAS) for us is super easy…a ton of people got a perfect score, but the ssat’s are harder, I think. 90% puts you in a very good range, I think. Did you check the schoool’s averages? Yeah, I messed up on the math, too…in a really dumb crisis in which I had to go potty lol

I find the SSATS easier than state testing. Weird I know. I zone out when stuff is easy plus I overcomplicate stuff.

same here… i take the njask lol:).

Withg multiuple choice on school exams i always get one wrong and it’ll be the easy one everyone got right. I’ll talk myself out of the right answer and spend 10 minutes toying over it :p.

hey preppy would u be able to send me your whole ssat score sheet but not with ur name on it or anything i would really like to look at it cause i was talking to you before and i also wrote the ssat on march 6ths and i didnt score so well i would just like to see how many questions you ommited and such if you could send me your whole score sheet that would be great, i got accepted to peddie but i it conditional right now

peddie accepts students with 70 percentile dont worry preppy

…

This year peddies ssat was 84 so no. All schools became mch more competitive this year. My friend who had a 4 gpa with 2 AP and 91 ssat, he does mun, golf, and student gov didn’t get into peddie. It becMe much more competitive

This was a response to morphius btw

preppy, does Peddie offer financial aid for 2nd round applicants?

yes i am supposing its what money they get back from those who are not going… and that is what is distributed… but it is a bit unlikely to get a high amount of fa.

Also to jyun… what was your ssat percentile? I had a 2175 which was a 90%… and the hill school said i was fine… i am a bit worried abuot peddie. and yes blue raven- we overanalyze everything lol :)

I had a 95 nd 96

Alright thank you.
