Do any of you know how the scoring works. For example, what score would 3 wrong on the mp and a 10 on the essay be?

I'm not sure about this month, but I took the Dec 2007 SAT.
I got 4 wrong and a 10 on the essay, ending up with 770 in Writing.

On the January 2008 SAT, I missed 4 on the writing section and got an 11 for the essay... I got a 750.

i had 4 math
and sec 3 was writing so its probably not experimental

sec6 was math for me so thats probably experimental

the section number is immaterial

just count your sections. If you had 4 of a certain subject, you know one of them was experimental. I had 4 math so one of them was

was the question with engineers being hired no error? i cant remember
what was the answer to the do/does either resorts or bike trails....

what was the second to last question on section 10?

I was between does/do neither _ or __-

i forgot the rules lol, but I chose does because I think you have to treat them singularly.

ok for the essay editing, question one (revision to first sentence), what did people pick? I really didn't want to put leave as it, but I did because the other choices seemed horrible. Now I think it's either D or E (the one that had "they" at the front)

i said do because each thing was plural...i dont know though

I also put "do" because it was talking about the colors.

what was the question?

i think i chose "does" because it was "either ____ or ____"
so i thought it was singular?
i dont remember the question anymore

In response to someone before, the curve is kind of funky for writing...I got a 10 on my essay, missed one on the mutiple choice and got an 800.

On a practice test I took for a class, though, I missed two and got the same essay score but got a scaled score of 750. It really seems to vary since you take into account both how people did on a particular essay and how people did on the MC sections.

^
on the either/or question~ if it had the ski resorts in it, then i'm pretty sure the answer was 'do'

oh I think I picked do

both subjects were plural

so then it's do, right?

was it C? i think it put C... and it was "do"

I think it might have been answer C. I def put do because both subjects were plural

ok so the ? with the engineer hired to assess something...was that no error?
