Anyone who wants to talk ratings, shows, parades etc.!!!

We did The Blues Brothers this year!

We actually have a shot at winning States this year, which is big for us. We scored higher than any other band in our group this past weekend, albeit not by much. Still, I’m stoked for States/Nationals.

USSBA championships today. /letsgo.

ahem, it’s “USBands” now. eyeroll
Still, good luck!

BOA Grand Nationals next weekend! I’m so hyped up! It’s my first time performing there, and we’ve got a decent shot at making finals!

That’s awesome guys! In Michigan were I live there is no States or Nationals. We just go to MSBOA and get rated on our show.

My school’s band does a lot! We’re one of the best bands in the state of PA, and the best band in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. For this year’s field show, we played Runaway Baby, Party Rock Anthem, and We Found Love. In terms of parades, we do two Saint Patrick’s Day parades, and lead the Phillies into Citizen’s Bank Park during their home opener

By the way, I’m in the drumline. DRUMLINE OR DEATH!!!

What do you play in Drumline? I play snare :3 and as for parades we do two summer parades and a Christmas parade. And every four years we parade in Disney and DC.

@Fast: Giddatme, brah :P

We placed 4/6. There’s this band that we’ve beaten almost every competition this season, and they came in dead last last week out of 6. They placed 3/6. What the actual ----.

Hey guys! Fellow marching bandies unite. what are you guys’ show themes? Mine this year is Gotham: escape from arkham asylum. It’s N epic show, if I do say so myself.

@Anonymous0420 I play the tenors. I’m new to them, but I’m acclimating to them just fine If I had a choice, I would probably play snare though.

@Fascination Our show doesn’t have a theme. We just cadence (Drumline represent!), get into position, play, cadence off the field (Again, drumline rules!), and eat pretzels and drink water lol!

You guys are lucky,my school doesn’t have a marching band or baton twirlers…back when I was in band we played at Disneyland in CA and I forgot all about baton twirlers.
I found out my school use to have them but that was 10+ years ago.

yo yo yo what about that DCI!?!?

BLUE DEVILS!! KEELAN TOBIA!
