Marketable Double Majors Asian Studies + ?

I am planning on majoring in (East) Asian Studies. I am very, very interested in this field, and already have some language experience in both japanese and chinese (I am caucasian/american though.) Eventually, I think I will most likely go to law school, however I am not completely positive that will be my career path, and I want to increase my marketablity with a double major. Even if I go to law school, I will most likely take a year off in between undergrad and grad school to gain some work experience (and to help pay for grad school. eek.) What would be a good combination to go with Asian Studies? I was thinking something along the lines of Management & Business, Economics, or Environmental Studies. I am also interested in journalism and creative writing, but that probably won't increase marketablity. I would like to be able to get a job in either China or Japan, ideally.

Sorry for the ramble, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

hmm, international studies probably. philosophy is not a bad major if you want to do law.

My guess is almost any other major would be made more marketable with Chinese/Japanese, though for marketable majors in general Finance/Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/anything else dealing with, well, the market would be good choices.

Econ prolly. If you want to get a masters degree in IR, econ is the way to go (i learned from UCLAri)

If you wanna do law, econ is one of the best foundations, besides political science.

If you want to do business, econ too.

but i've heard economists have a hard time finding a job

I'd say international biz, anyone that knows anything will tell you china is rising market in the furture, its the biggest market on the planet, combining asian studys and international biz would be a very good combo because you will know the customs and language and you will have the biz background also.
